سياسة الخصوصية وإخلاء المسؤولية

"اسمع ملفك" مبادرة شخصية مستقلة وغير ربحية. لا تمثل أي جهة حكومية أو خاصة، ولا تعبّر عن رأي أي جهة أو موقفها.
1. عن الخدمة والمسؤول عنها
"اسمع ملفك" خدمة مجانية تساعد الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة البصرية على سماع محتوى الملفات والصور ووصفها. يتولى إدارتها صاحب المبادرة بصفة شخصية، وهو المسؤول عن معالجة البيانات فيها.
2. البيانات التي تُعالج
- الملفات والصور التي تختارها أنت لقراءتها أو وصفها.
- الأسئلة التي تكتبها عن الملف أو الصورة.
- ما ترسله عبر نموذج التواصل: رسالتك، واسمك وبريدك إن اخترت كتابتهما.
- بيانات تقنية تلزم لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها، مثل عنوان IP بشكل مؤقت لمنع الإساءة.
لا نطلب منك تسجيلاً، ولا نجمع اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم جوالك أو موقعك، إلا إذا كتبت اسمك أو بريدك بنفسك في نموذج التواصل لنتمكن من الرد عليك.
3. أين تتم المعالجة
- على جهازك: ملفات PDF النصية وملفات Word والملفات النصية تُقرأ داخل متصفحك، ولا تُرسل إلى أي جهة.
- لدى مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي: الصور والملفات الممسوحة ضوئياً وطلبات الملخص والأسئلة ووصف الصور تُرسل عبر خادم الخدمة إلى مزوّد خدمات ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي لمعالجتها وإرجاع النتيجة، وقد تتم هذه المعالجة خارج المملكة العربية السعودية.
وفق شروط مزوّد الخدمة، قد تُستخدم البيانات المرسلة لتحسين خدماته وقد يطّلع عليها مراجعون بشريون. لذلك ننصحك بعدم رفع مستندات تحتوي على بيانات حساسة كالتقارير الطبية أو أرقام الهوية أو البيانات المالية.
4. الحفظ والاحتفاظ
- خادم الخدمة لا يحفظ ملفاتك ولا صورك ولا النصوص المستخرجة منها؛ تمر عبره لحظة المعالجة فقط ثم تُحذف من الذاكرة.
- قد تُسجَّل رموز أخطاء تقنية مختصرة لأغراض الصيانة، ولا تتضمن محتوى ملفاتك.
- يحفظ متصفحك تفضيلاتك فقط، مثل اللغة وسرعة القراءة وحجم الخط، ولا تُرسل إلينا.
- رسائل نموذج التواصل تصل إلى بريد المبادرة، ويُحتفظ بها بالقدر اللازم للرد عليها ومتابعتها فقط.
- لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبع أو الإعلانات.
5. مقدمو الخدمات
تعتمد الخدمة على مزوّدي خدمات تقنية خارجيين، منهم مزوّد استضافة سحابية ومزوّد خدمات ذكاء اصطناعي ومزوّد خدمة بريد إلكتروني، ويلتزم كل منهم بسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.
6. حقوقك
تكفل لك أحكام نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية حقوقاً منها العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك، والوصول إليها، وطلب تصحيحها أو إتلافها. وبما أن الخدمة لا تحتفظ ببياناتك، فلا توجد لدينا عادةً بيانات يمكن الرجوع إليها، ويمكنك التواصل معنا لأي استفسار.
7. إخلاء المسؤولية
- النصوص والأوصاف والملخصات ناتجة عن أدوات ذكاء اصطناعي، وقد تحتوي على أخطاء أو نقص.
- لا تعتمد عليها وحدها في الأمور المهمة كجرعات الأدوية أو المستندات القانونية أو المالية، وتحقق منها مع شخص تثق به أو مع الجهة المختصة.
- تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي دون ضمان لاستمرارها أو دقتها، وقد تتوقف أو تتغير دون إشعار.
8. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر الخدمة، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

"Hear Your File" is an independent, non-profit personal initiative. It does not represent any government or private entity and does not express the views or positions of any organization.
1. About the service and who runs it
"Hear Your File" is a free service that helps people with visual impairments listen to the content of files and photos and hear photos described. It is run in a personal capacity by the initiative's owner, who is responsible for the processing of data within it.
2. Data that is processed
- Files and photos you choose to have read or described.
- Questions you type about a file or photo.
- What you send through the contact form: your message, and your name and email if you choose to include them.
- Technical data needed to run and protect the service, such as your IP address, held temporarily to prevent abuse.
We do not ask you to sign up, and we do not collect your name, email, phone number, or location, unless you choose to type your name or email in the contact form so we can reply.
3. Where processing happens
- On your device: text PDFs, Word files, and text files are read inside your browser and are not sent anywhere.
- By an AI provider: photos, scanned files, summary requests, questions, and photo descriptions are sent through the service's server to an external AI service provider for processing, and the result is returned to you. This processing may take place outside Saudi Arabia.
Under the provider's terms, submitted data may be used to improve its services and may be read by human reviewers. We therefore recommend that you do not upload documents containing sensitive data such as medical reports, ID numbers, or financial information.
4. Storage and retention
- The service's server does not store your files, photos, or the text extracted from them; they pass through only while being processed and are then discarded from memory.
- Brief technical error codes may be logged for maintenance; they do not include the content of your files.
- Your browser stores only your preferences, such as language, reading speed, and text size, and these are not sent to us.
- Contact form messages are delivered to the initiative's mailbox and kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
- We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
5. Service providers
The service relies on external technology providers, including a cloud hosting provider, an AI service provider, and an email service provider, each bound by its own privacy policy.
6. Your rights
Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law gives you rights including being informed of how your data is processed, accessing it, and requesting its correction or destruction. Because the service does not retain your data, we normally hold nothing to refer back to, but you can contact us with any question.
7. Disclaimer
- Text, descriptions, and summaries are produced by AI tools and may contain errors or omissions.
- Do not rely on them alone for important matters such as medication doses or legal or financial documents; check them with someone you trust or with the relevant authority.
- The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or accuracy, and may stop or change without notice.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the service changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
